Peter J. Davis is the managing partner of Davis Law Firm in Birmingham, Alabama. Attorney Davis has been a licensed attorney for over 22 years. Peter practices in the areas of Ecclesiastical Law, Personal Injury, Criminal Defense representation, Wrongful Death and various other civil law issues in state and federal courts.
Peter received his BS degree from University of Alabama at Birmingham and his JD from the Birmingham School of Law. Attorney Davis also serves as a part-time hearing officer/Administrative Judge for the Jefferson County Personnel Board.
Peter J. Davis is a member of the Alabama State Bar and a member of the American Association for Justice. He served in the Office of General Counsel, Church of God in Christ, Inc., [National Church] from November 1997 to April 2009. He is currently a member of the Judiciary Board of the Church of God in Christ, Inc.
